Community Day brings together the best of Millbrook: local organizations, talented makers, delicious food, and a festive atmosphere that feels uniquely our own. This year's event honors what's become a beloved tradition while adding new reasons to celebrate. It's a day that reminds us just how much there is to love about this community.

Show off your best fall 🍁 dessert! If you love baking, this is the event for you 🍪🥮🥧🧁
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: September 5th
Eligibility:
Amateur bakers only — ages 18 and over
Open to Village of Millbrook and Town of Washington residents
Desserts must be prepared and baked by the person entering
Entry rules:
All entries must reflect the flavor of fall. Think cozy and comforting, for example: pumpkin, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, maple, apple, etc.
All entries must be made from scratch - no box mixes, prepared crusts, or store-bought elements.
Desserts must be fully baked and require NO refrigeration
A complete ingredient list must be submitted with the dessert.
Only ONE entry per person

Do not put your name anywhere on your entry or container — this is a blind judging and visible names will result in disqualification
How to Enter :
Entree forms must be submitted online or printed and dropped off to the Millbrook Library by 9/5/2026

Bring your entry to the judging table at the Millbrook Farmers Market by [time] on September 19th.
With a complete ingredient list (typed or neatly written) — be specific about ingredients but measurements are not required
JUDGING
A panel of community judges will score each entry on taste and quality, originality and presentation, and a complete ingredient list. Winners will be announced during the event — and after the results, everyone is welcome to taste the entries!
